This week there was an article in the Courier Mail entitled, "Women Killed by Kindness". The headline is a little alarmist but it was actually highlighting the fact that women often put the needs of their family above their own needs, and it is affecting their health. I also call on all mums to schedule in a hour of exercise a week just like you schedule in your kids swimming lessons, ballet lessons or soccer lessons. It is your time, and you deserve it. Of course you could always come to a Go Mum! class and enjoy workout with the kids nearby ;-)
