While I am aware writing is not my forte, I am excited about the possibility of sharing my ideas, passions and self deprecating humour with mothers who are also interested in creating a healthier family by being a healthier mum. I am also a sucker for a motivational quote and I think the following one suits this situation nicely “Fill your paper with the breathings of your heart.” — William Wordsworth. I'll try.
I promise not to bore you with long posts, as I get no longer than 15 minutes uninterrupted at any time on the computer (those with small children will understand why), but I do plan to fill those short posts with relevant fitness and health information, exercise solutions for busy mothers and the occasional witty anecdote/comedic relief.
I would love to get feedback from followers out there in internet land, but please take note (insert stern mummy voice here), derogatory and down-right nasty comments will be deleted. Go Mum! Group Fitness (and me personally) stand by the following values:
