Never boxed before? No problem! Each class we will incorporate tips and techniques to have you boxing like a pro while maintaining excellent form and providing tips to protect your pelvic floor so you can enjoy boxing for life.
Cotton inners, gloves, focus mits and floor mats are provided and the environment is fun and relaxed. Toys are provided for the kids and our secure indoor venue means they are safely nearby.
This class is not suitable for early postnatal mums and may not be suitable for mums whose core is not functioning well due to abdominal separation. Talk to Christine if you are unsure on 0402 211 927.
